If the rumours are to be believed, the Nexus 3 could become one of the most highly anticipated smartphones since the iPhone 4. Here’s a roundup of the latest Nexus 3 rumours.
• It will be a 4G handset
Since the rumours surrounding Google’s latest handset started emerging, it has been referred to as the Nexus 3, the Nexus Prime and the Nexus 4G. That last moniker suggests that the handset could use the new superfast network. Although the 4G network is currently only available in selected territories, if the Nexus 3 is 4G compatible, it could please early adopters when the network reaches the UK.
• It will have 1.5GHz low-power CPU
While some rumours have stated that the Nexus 3 will have a dual core 1.2GHz processor, industry insiders are more inclined to believe that the phone will house a super-powerful 1.5GHz low-power CPU.
